  1. 你們有門市嗎?
    我們目前主要經營網店,另不定期參與本地市集,詳情請留意我們的社交媒體帳號。此外亦有部份商品在佐敦突破書廊及錦田紅磚屋查篤撐合作社寄售。

  2. 你們的商品是否有現貨?
    凡有庫存的商品均於香港倉庫有現貨供應;缺貨商品並不能加進購物車或下單訂購。

  3. 你們的配送標準是?
    我們會於收到款項後的一個工作天內確認訂單,並在訂單確認後三個工作天內發貨。

  4. 你們的退貨標準是?
    假若貨品在運送途中破損,煩請拍照傳送給我們,以安排補寄或退款。

  5. 你們會否發貨至香港以外的地區?
    我們可發貨至澳門、台灣、中國大陸及其它東亞和東南亞國家。

  1. Do you have a physical retail presence?
    We are primarily an online store, and occasionally participate in local pop-ups, please follow us on social media for the latest information. Additionally, some of our items are consigned at Breakthrough Jordan and Kam Tin ChaDukChang.

  2. Are your items readily available?
    All in stock items are readily available in our Hong Kong warehouse; Out of stock items cannot be added to cart nor ordered.

  3. What is your shipping standard?
    Your order will be confirmed in 1 working day after payment is received, and the merchandise will be dispatched within 3 working days after order confirmation.

  4. What is your return policy?
    In case the merchandise is damaged during transport, kindly send us photos in order to arrange replacement or refund.

  5. Can you ship outside of Hong Kong?
    We can ship to Macau, Taiwan, mainland China, and other East Asian or Southeast Asian countries.
