  1. 你們的商品是否有現貨?
    凡有庫存的商品均於香港倉庫有現貨供應;缺貨商品並不能加進購物車或訂購。

  2. 你們會否發貨至香港以外的地區?
    我們可發貨至澳門、台灣、中國大陸及其它東亞和東南亞國家。

  3. 你們的配送標準是?
    我們會於收到款項後的一個工作天內確認訂單,並在訂單確認後三個工作天內發貨。

  4. 你們的貨品是否都有獨立包裝?
    如情況許可,我們會將訂單內的貨品放在同一個包裝盒/袋內,環保之餘亦可減省所需運費。假如閣下需要每件/部分貨品獨立包裝,請於結帳時於「訂單備註」註明。

  5. 我能否透過香港郵政智郵站收貨?
    可以,請在結帳時以智郵站的名稱作為收貨地址即可。

  6. 我能否透過順豐速運順便智能櫃收貨?
    可以,請在結帳時以順便智能櫃的網點代碼作為收貨地址即可。

  7. 我能否透過匯豐銀行 PayMe 付款?
    可以,PayMe 現已可直接轉帳至轉數快 FPS 帳戶。
  1. Is a particular item in stock?
    All in stock items are readily available in our Hong Kong warehouse; Out of stock items cannot be added to cart nor ordered.

  2. Can you ship outside of Hong Kong?
    We can ship to Macau, Taiwan, mainland China, and other East Asian or Southeast Asian countries.

  3. What is your shipping standard?
    We will confirm your order in 1 working day after receiving payment, and the merchandise will be sent out within 3 working days after order confirmation.

  4. Can you pack each item individually?
    We try to pack multiple items in the same box/bag whenever possible, in order to be eco-friendly and minimize the shipping cost. If you need individual packaging for some or all items, kindly specify in “order notes” during checkout.

  5. Can I receive my order via Hongkong Post’s iPostal Station?
    Yes, please use the iPostal Station name as the delivery address during checkout.

  6. Can I receive my order via S.F. Express EF Locker?
    Yes, please use the EF Locker code as the delivery address during checkout.

  7. Can I pay using HSBC PayMe?
    Yes, as PayMe users can now make payments to FPS recipients.
